Biography

Nasr Gad graduated in 2005 ranked top first across the Electronics Group within the Physics Department, Faculty of Science Ain Shams University and consequently was employed in the Physics Department as a Teaching Assistant. He got M.Sc. in Physics (2012), Aim Shams University, titled "Radiation Pattern Simulation and Experimental Verification of Spiral Antennas". His M.Sc. thesis is concerned with investigations of two types of Archimedean Spiral Slot antennas. The results of his M.Sc. research were published in IEEE international conference.

In 2013 he joined the Radiation and Optics Laboratory, Faculty of Electrical Engineering, University of Ljubljana as a researcher. His interests are Antennas (Patch, Slot) for Wideband Applications, Microwave Engineering, Photonics (optical antennas), Radar, and Nano-antennas.
